Thinking of ordering something lovely from Sun Made Studio but you have a few questions? Here are some that I get frequently asked below but if that doesn’t quite dunk your biscuit, send me an email with what you’d like to know

  • Most Sun Made Studio products are made to order in the Hand and Palm studio. Any products that have been remotely made are ordered in small batches as well as to order. This is to keep material consumption to a minimum.

  • If there is a wall art print that you would like in a certain size, different colours or you want to add or remove wording please get in touch. I can also create completely custom pieces of art. Just drop me an email with what you’re after and we can go from there.

  • UK Shipping

    All orders are sent Tracked 48 via Royal Mail

  • I try my best to get all orders out as quickly as possible (within 2 days.) However I am a one person business who mostly creates on demand, so please allow 7-10 days for your order to be printed/made, packaged and shipped.

    UK Delivery times are roughly 2-3 working days, Royal Mail 48 Tracked service is used.

  • If you don’t love or aren’t fully satisfied with your product you can get in touch to exchange or return it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging. Prints that have been opened can’t be returned.
